SERVICES

I provide one on one, group personal training, and online programming, all with a primary focus on strength training through powerlifting, bodybuilding, olympic weightlifting, and calisthenics type movements. I have also helped people, as young as 18 and as old as 87, relieve themselves from injuries and chronic pain through strength training. 

          one on one PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Through one on one personal training, I will help you build a strong body, capable of moving how you need it to. I will customize a program to suit your individual needs and preferences. Whether you are an athlete who wants to improve his or her performance on the field, or just someone who wants to get stronger, look better, and feel healthier - I can help.

         Group training

Group training is great for middle, high school, and college athletes to be able to train in a competitive and collaborative environment with teammates or friends. 

I also do group training for husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, or any group of people looking for either a strength training program, or a high intensity form of training such as a kickboxing, running, and strength class.

         online coaching

 

if you aren't located in the Salt Lake City area, online coaching is another great option to be able to work with myself. I will create a custom strength training program for you, lasting a minimum of 4 weeks. Along with the programming, you will have around the clock communication with me through email and text.

My last offer is a custom program only. With this, i will acquire as much information as possible from you in order to create the best program suited for your needs. I can create anything from a strength program, to a marathon training program, which i trained for and ran in 4 hours.
